Writing cookbooks is a passion of mine. I have proudly penned three, and I plan to continue doing so until I run out of recipe ideas! My cookbooks encapsulate my favorite features of food: flavor, texture, and accessibility.
All recipes are 100% free of gluten, dairy, meat, and eggs–making them suitable for vegans as well as people who have to deal with multiple food allergies.
I also hold an art degree (and a fierce eye for color and composition), so naturally each of my books are packed with enticing food photography that will whet your appetite for fabulous allergy-friendly fare.
