I am so happy to announce that I am almost done with my next book*, Great Gluten-Free Vegan Eats Gone Global! I have to give a emphatic nod of appreciation to all the amazing people who are helping me out by testing, editing, and/or lending an ear while I groan through the last stretch: I love you!
These past few weeks, I’ve been on a constant schedule of wash (dishes), bake, sauté, rinse, and repeat. My laptop has crusted batter on the keys–despite my efforts to keep it clean–and my pants just may be a wee bit too tight. Ah yes, life is good.

Hello my long lost friends! This week has been pretty incredible and I feel like I have a lotta catching up to do. I’m not sure how or why all these life changing events got shuffled into one single month, but it’s been pretty wonderful, despite the deadlines and time constraints. But, happily because all these things are now checked off on my giant “to do” list, I’ll have a lot more time to dedicate to this here blog. Which I feel incredibly psyched about, as I have missed you all dearly.
Today marks the one year birthday of Manifest Vegan!
I can’t even explain how fun and rewarding this past year has been. You guys are the best, seriously!
I have over 1000 subscribers to my feed already… thank all you so much! I look forward to many more years and many more recipes. But for now, I’ll spare you anymore of this mushy talk and get straight to the presents!
